Original Artwork and Availability

Each painting offered for sale is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork by Elliot Bostick unless otherwise stated.

Listings reflect the current studio inventory to the best of our ability. Because works may occasionally be shown, reserved, or sold through other channels, availability is not guaranteed until payment has fully cleared and the order has been confirmed.

If a work becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the order will be canceled and the buyer will receive a full refund.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Prices do not include shipping, handling, insurance, customs duties, import fees, or applicable taxes unless expressly stated. Any applicable shipping charges and taxes will be calculated at checkout or otherwise confirmed before shipment.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase through the available payment methods on the website.

An order is not confirmed until payment has successfully cleared.

Shipping

Artwork will be packed with care and shipped to the address provided by the buyer at checkout.

All shipped artworks are covered by shipping insurance for the purchase price of the artwork while in transit. If an artwork arrives damaged, the buyer must follow the damage claim process described below and provide all requested documentation so an insurance claim can be filed.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on the artwork, destination, carrier, and required packing materials. Any delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed.

The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Elliot Bostick is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect shipping information.

Returns, Cancellations, and Damage

Because original artwork is one-of-a-kind, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact art@elliotbostick.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once the artwork has been packed or shipped.

If an artwork arrives damaged, the buyer must notify art@elliotbostick.com promptly and provide photographs of the damaged artwork, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage to the box or crate.

All original packaging must be kept until the claim is resolved, as the shipping carrier or insurer may require inspection. Failure to keep the packaging or provide requested documentation may limit the ability to complete an insurance claim.

Color and Display Accuracy

Every effort is made to photograph and describe artwork accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, device type, and display calibration.

Minor variations between the online image and the physical artwork are not considered defects.

Copyright and Reproduction Rights

Purchase of an artwork transfers ownership of the physical object only.

All copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, image rights, and exhibition rights remain with the artist, Elliot Bostick, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The buyer may not reproduce, license, sell copies of, mint NFTs from, commercially exploit, or otherwise use images of the artwork without prior written permission from the artist.

The artist retains the right to use images of sold artwork for portfolio, archival, promotional, publication, exhibition, licensing, and marketing purposes.

Resale

The buyer may resell the physical artwork they purchased. However, resale of the physical artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Privacy

Information provided during checkout is used to process the order, arrange payment, fulfill shipping, communicate with the buyer, and comply with legal or tax obligations.
