Originals and availability

Each painting is an original work, sold as one-of-a-kind. Listings reflect the current studio inventory. Once a piece is marked sold it is no longer available; in rare cases an order may be canceled and refunded if a piece is reserved through another channel before payment clears.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal at the time of purchase. The order is confirmed when payment clears.

Copyright

Purchase of a painting transfers ownership of the physical work only. All copyright, reproduction, and exhibition rights are retained by the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
