Returns Policy
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind and are sold as final sale. If you receive a piece and feel it isn’t the right fit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or lost shipments
If a painting arrives damaged or is lost in transit, I will file the carrier insurance claim and either repair the work, replace it (when possible), or refund the full purchase price. See the shipping policy for the photo and timing requirements.
Commissions
Commissioned work is non-refundable once the deposit is paid, since each piece is made to order. I share progress photos at major milestones so we stay aligned through the process.
